Anne Ortelee's YoutubeAnne Ortelee of NYC has been studying predictive astrology since 1994. I am a fan of some of her observations in tying past events with current transits. She also has a twitter page where she provides the most current transits near daily.
Astrological Body Types By Judith HillThis 1997 book by LA astrologer and author Judith Hill encapsulates a lot of basics in understanding astrology and how it can manifest in someone's demeanors. One's inward traits can carry their outward appearance. The last section of this book also covers an interesting study on red-haired individuals and the likelihood of having similar placements, namely Aries ascendant. Very fun and illustrated read.
Hellenistic Astrology The Study of Fate and Fortune by Chris BrennanThis book by Colorado's Chris Brennan, former president of AYA and podcast host of his own studies on Greco-Roman astrology, was published in 2017. This book is great as an introduction on history, covering the very origins of astrology, before the Hellenistic and Kemetic periods. I've personally not read very far yet, but will update my description accordingly.
